WAPAN led by the state chairman visited the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Services (DEOHS) to discuss the operations as it affects their business. During the interaction, the Director of DEOHS educated the delegation on the role of Environmental Health Officers (EHOs) about water sanitation, inspection of water factories, and encouraged them to maintain required standards to avoid sanctions. He assured them that (EHOs) will maintain ethical practice while working in the field. However, he condemned incessant intimidation and harassment of his staff by the public.
